Parkway Place Now Under Management with JLL

Toronto – June 1, 2022 - The JLL Canada Property Management team is pleased to announce it has been awarded the property management services for Parkway Place (243, 245, 251, and 255 Consumers Road and 14 William Sylvester Drive, North York, Ontario).

Parkway Place consists of four interconnected multi-tenant office buildings totaling 812,602 square feet, situated on 32.7 acres of land, as well as a recently upgraded retail parkade with excellent tenant food amenities.  Located at the north-east corner of Highway 401 and Don Valley Parkway, Parkway Place offers over three quarters of a kilometer of building-facing exposure along the North side of Highway 401 – one of the busiest intersections in North America.

The ownership of Parkway Place is committed to enhancing the asset’s identity by cultivating a community culture for both the tenants and the surrounding area. JLL’s Experience Management platform will be rolled out for these buildings to enhance each tenant’s return to the office, providing an experience that will carry on past their 9-5 workday.

JLL assumed the property management services on June 1, 2022, which was kicked off with a gourmet ice cream sundae bar to provide all tenants with ‘the scoop’ about the new property management program and the level of first-in-class experience they can expect going forward.
