Current Responsibilities
Since joining JLL, Adam has been a top 10 Regional Producer within the Edmonton office. He has been involved in complex assignments for a variety of regional, national, and multi-national clients, including acquistion, disposition, blend & extend, renewal, consolidation, and lease management assignments.
Adam strives to always prioritize his clients best interests, and has been awarded the Client Services Award recognizing him for those core practices. Adam is well respected and liked by his competitors who consider him to be one of Edmonton’s top industrial agents.
Experience
Tenant representation, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and site selection of Industrial property.
Adam has represented a plethora of large scale clients including Crossroads C&I Distributors, Guillevin International, Supreme Steel, FBM/SPI, Morguard Investments, and Hopewell Developers. In 2018 alone, he was lead broker on 725,000 square feet of leased product, 175,000 square feet of sold product, and 29 acres of transcacted land over 26 transactions.
