Current Responsibilities
Adrian brings with him over 20 years of leadership and experience on large-scale, complex projects across a breadth of fields, and uses his business acumen, strategic planning, and thought leadership to bring direction and experience to the company and its project teams. Through his combination of contracting, engineering, development, and property management experience, Adrian brings a highly specialized skillset to every project. He has a hands-on, practical approach, and is present on every project bringing leadership to ensure that execution and expectations align. Adrian is also an adaptive leader able to quickly assimilate to ambiguous environments, synthesize critical initiatives, develop high performing teams and motivate them toward objectives. As a solutions oriented, customer focused executive, he delivers results for multinational organizations and projects across North America.
In combination with his technical knowledge, Adrian leads a highly proficient and specialized practice across North America, providing project management, building audits & capital planning, sustainability, Cx, and energy management services. For all sectors and clients, he ensures seamless and successful best-in-class delivery of these services, bringing real value, while focusing on integration and persistence activities. Since joining JLL, Adrian’s combined delivery of specialized professional services for construction projects is valued at over $25B and over 40,000,000 sqft.
Experience
Prior to JLL, Adrian was the Director of Project Management at Skyline International Development, overseeing the development and construction activities of its planned destination communities and commercial properties. There, he oversaw the planning activities of projects valued at over $100M in construction costs, and the execution of $50M of construction for residential and mixed-use facilities. Prior to that, he was the Senior Manager of Projects for Cadillac Fairview’s Toronto Office portfolio, with over 8M sqft. of retail and commercial office space, overseeing a 3-year $255M Capital Plan and managing a PMO executing work throughout the portfolio, while assisting leasing efforts, strategic planning and redevelopment.
Adrian has been a Project Design and Field Engineer for large-scale projects across a multitude of sectors, totalling more than $1.7B in construction value, such as comprehensive Building Automation System (live) upgrades, construction of major new institutional facilities, transformer replacements and switch-gear upgrades, LEED EB:O&M projects, numerous major commercial interior fit-ups & renovations, as well as major revitalization and development projects.
