Current Responsibilities
As Senior Vice President, Broker at JLL, Allen is responsible for overseeing complex lease negotiations, managing site selection, workplace strategy and overall Real Estate Portfolio Solutions for numerous local and global organizations. Allen has a degree in Business Management and Finance from Western University and has also completed Negotiation Training at Harvard Law School. He is the current President of the Emerging Leaders Council for JLL Canada.
Experience
Allen has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and has a background in business management and finance. Allen is consistently a top performer in the Toronto Commercial Real Estate Community, was awarded as ‘agent of the year with under 5 years tenure’, and part of a consistently top producing team for Toronto at his previous firm. As part of his duties as President of the Emerging Leaders Council for JLL Canada, Allen works closely with top management at JLL Canada to develop and advance valuable company initiatives, with particular focus on fostering the next generation of talent through JLL’s Associate Programs.
Mr. Brusilow is a graduate of the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard Law School. He has extensive experience in occupier representation, including strategic planning, space optimization, site procurement, lease audit, sale and lease negotiations, build to suit facility design and development, request for proposal tender management, and multi-market portfolio strategies.
