Allie Morash is a Tenant Representation Associate at JLL Canada. With expertise in the real estate industry, Allie plays a pivotal role in assisting clients with their leasing needs. Her commitment to excellence and strong communication skills makes her an asset within the organization. With a passion for urban planning and sustainability, she is driven by her desire to understand the dynamics of urban environments and explore the possibilities of sustainable development. She recently served as a Leasing Administrator at a Property Management firm, where she managed a portfolio of off-campus student housing. This role allowed her to develop skills in marketing, conducting unit tours, and guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process. Additionally, she prepared leases for new and returning tenants.
During a valuable internship experience with JLL, Allie gained exposure to the commercial real estate industry. Working within the Office and Industrial Leasing teams, she supported leasing efforts for various properties in Downtown Toronto. Her contributions included conducting a comprehensive case study on the future of co-working and assisting with the creation and marketing of tour packages for industrial and office spaces across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
