Bryan leads a team of 5 professionals specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties and land within the North East GTA. With over 20 years of experience, Bryan has completed over 1000 transactions (13+ million SF) with a value consideration exceeding $1.2 Billion.
As a consistent top performer, Bryan brings in-depth market knowledge, superior client focus and a strategic problem solving approach towards solving client requirements. Bryan works with a diverse group of clientele ranging from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his real estate career, Bryan spent 7 years honing his marketing and project management skills within the tele-communications industry.
