Carey has been focused on industrial real estate since he began his career in 2014, specializing in lease and sale transactions. Carey has built a solid reputation by providing effective tenant/purchaser representation while striving to deliver the highest level of customer service in every transaction. He primarily works with medium to large size users, identifying their needs and providing solutions in today’s diverse market. The combination of being highly motivated and a strong work ethic has delivered successful results on behalf of clients as Carey has become a well respected agent in the marketplace.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Koroluk gained experience at CBRE where he held the role of Sales Trainee before working his way into an Associate role, focus exclusively on the industrial market.
Mr. Koroluk holds a Bachelor's degree in management, minor in risk management from Mount Royal University, where he also competed for the men’s varsity hockey program as a forward for the MRU Cougars.
