Casey is Executive Vice President of Capital Markets at JLL in Calgary, focusing on investment sale transactions for industrial real estate in Alberta. He is a part of the National Capital Markets team, and operates within the Calgary Industrial Group, thus staying current with industrial trends on the sale and leasing side. Casey’s primary goals are trust and integrity, and complete diligence through a transaction with attention to detail before and after a transaction is finalized.
Casey’s career in real estate spans 17 years. He joined JLL Calgary in 2019 after 7 years at a Calgary boutique brokerage, and 6 years prior at another international brokerage firm. Casey’s experience totals over 8 million square feet and $1.7 Billion in transaction value.
Education and Awards:
Casey earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction, majoring in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 2006 and moving to Calgary to start his real estate career. He has earned the prestigious SIOR designation, and has won the CoStar Power Broker award multiple years.
