Chris is an Executive Vice President with JLL Canada. He is responsible for representing major industrial occupiers and property owners with building leases, sales, and land development projects.
Chris consistently rates among the top industrial practitioners in North America – his track record stemming from his market knowledge, long standing client relationships and uncompromising level of client service.
Chris’ career in industrial real estate spans more than 20 years, in that time having completed more than 700 transactions, over 60 million square feet of real estate, totalling more than $4.5 billion in transaction value. His clients and references range from successful regional businesses, to public entities and governments, to many of the largest fortune 500 companies, including leading ecommerce, logistics and manufacturing organizations.
Chris earned an honours business degree from the University of Western Ontario. In his spare time Chris enjoys tennis, golf and travel, but most of all spending time with his new baby girl.
