Chris Saunders is an Executive Vice President at JLL Canada. Having joined JLL in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Industrial Sales & Leasing, in the Calgary, Alberta office, Chris majorly focuses on industrial real estate in the greater Calgary area and specializes in institutional listings, owner/occupier transactions, land sales, and tenant representation. Chris’ career in industrial sales and leasing spans more than 30 years, which began on the landlord side of the industry while earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Calgary. He has held senior positions such as Vice President & Partner with an international brokerage firm, President, and owner of his own industrial real estate marketing company for five years. Chris is highly service-oriented, delivering superior market insight, financial analysis, and overall strategic direction to each client circumstance.
