Current Responsibilities
Darryl McGavigan is a Senior Vice President and Practice Lead for Industrial sales and leasing in Edmonton. He leads the Team and works alongside Adam Butler, Jim Bijou, David Kraus, and Andres Mateluna. Darryl has proven to be a valuable member of his Edmonton Industrial Team since his start in the business in 2006, demonstrating an impressive work ethic. Darryl has an unmatched commitment to servicing his clients beyond their expectations, providing tailored innovative solutions and comprehensive market knowledge.
Experience
Darryl started in industrial real estate at a boutique firm in Edmonton, where he worked for 2 years. Darryl then moved to another multi-national real estate firm, where he was consistently recognized as a top producer in his bracket. He has represented national clients such as Lafarge, Weatherford, Civeo (formerly PTI Group), Champion Pet Foods, Graham Construction, and Rocky Mountain Dealerships to name a few. Specializing in large scale logistics and distribution solutions as well as oilfield industrial, Darryl has assisted his clients through the sale, lease, and design-build process.
Education and Affiliations
Darryl attended the University of Alberta and achieved two degrees; a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Physical Education. Although seemingly unrelated to his real estate, his consistent recognition on Dean’s Lists and scholarships speak to his strong commitment to his work.
Darryl has spoken at several real estate conferences and participated on a variety of panels.
