David is Executive Vice President at JLL, where he provides Tenant Representation for an extensive client list. Having completed over 25,000 transactions in his career, he proudly represents notable brands such as: The Body Shop, L’Oreal, Genesco, Glentel, Ecco Shoes, Samsung QE Home as well as a number of leading QSR operators in Canada.
Born and educated in England, David has been involved in the retail industry for over 30 years. He moved to Canada in 1989 and became an operating partner with Athena International. His role as Vice President encompassed responsibility for operations, lease administration, franchise sales and development as well as real estate, store design and construction of the store chain.
Following the successful sale of the business David joined Meridian Retail Group, a retail tenant representation and consulting company with offices in Vancouver and Toronto, as principal and partner.
After almost 20 years with Meridian, David joined Northwest Atlantic as Partner in the Mall Services Division, bringing with him an industry leading roster of national, US and regional clients.
In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, golf and soccer.
