Frannie Maier is a Director, Specialist Advisory with the JLL Value and Risk Advisory team in the downtown Toronto office. Frannie specializes in the valuation of investment grade retail and office assets across Canada. With almost 15 years of experience, Frannie has been directly involved in appraising some of the most prestigious real estate in Canada; and for various purposes, including due diligence - acquisition and disposition, financing, and financial reporting.
Prior to joining JLL, Frannie spent 13 years at Altus Group. Hired out of university as an analyst, she progressed to an Associate Director with the Toronto Retail Group. While at Altus Group, Frannie was responsible for the valuation of high-profile investments across Ontario for many of the largest pension funds and REITS, as well as other institutional and industry leaders.
Frannie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph’s Real Estate and Housing (REH) program and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia. She was awarded her AACI designation in 2014.
In her spare time, Frannie enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the great outdoors.
