Current Responsibilities
Fraser serves as a Senior Associate on the Vancouver office team, managing both tenant representation and agency leasing clients. From the outset, Fraser has concentrated his efforts on building meaningful relationships with a specific focus on both the Downtown and Burnaby markets. Prior to joining JLL Fraser was recognized as the Rookie of the Year at a competing global real estate services company where he developed much of his skill set which he now looks to accelerate within the JLL platform.
Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Fraser honed many of his interpersonal skills and gained invaluable life experiences through his involvement in professional rugby, living and training in New Zealand for two years followed by playing professionally in the MLR with the Utah Warriors and as a member of Team Canada. Fraser developed an unwavering work ethic and competitive nature which he has transitioned seamlessly into his real estate career, where he consistently strives to execute on behalf of his clients, offering valuable solutions that cater to their specific business needs.
Education and Affiliations
Fraser received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia as well as completing a diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) in 2021. Fraser is an alumnus of St. Georges School in Vancouver graduating with honors in 2015. While completing his degree at UBC, Fraser contributed to the 1st XV rugby team as a starting scrumhalf successfully clinching multiple National titles.
Fraser is currently a member of NAIOP, BOMA, UDI and the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board.
