For more than twenty years, Gina has specialized in the valuation of complex real estate assets, with a focus on large scale, income-producing investment assets and real estate portfolios. Serving both private and public sector clients, she leads the Ottawa Office, Industrial and Retail valuation and consulting team, overseeing the delivery of valuation and advisory services for a wide range of assignments and purposes.
Her core competencies include office and industrial asset valuation, First Nation land claim valuation, consulting assignments, and arbitration. She has conducted and delivered highest and best use, market rental, and feasibility studies, as well as providing expert witness testimony in federal court proceedings, mediation hearings, and local planning appeal tribunals.
Prior to joining JLL, Gina spent over 10 years at a global commercial real estate service firm, most recently as a Senior Director. In her last role, she was responsible for the valuation of high-profile investments across the Ottawa Region for many of the larger pension funds and REITS, as well as institutional and other industry leaders.
Gina holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Dalhouse University. She is a designated AACI member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
