Gordon Coffell, AACI, P.App, MRICS, is currently the Executive Vice President and National Practice Lead of JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory (JLL Canada). Gordon and his team of Professionals specialize in the valuation of major institutional grade retail and office assets across the country, primarily for Major Canadian Pension Funds, REITS, Institutions and REOCS.
Gordon has valued and advised on all types of Real Estate for over 30 years throughout Canada, parts of the United States and New Zealand. His focus has been on high profile income producing real estate and is acknowledged by many as one of the pre-eminent valuation professional in the country, with his team typically valuing in excess of $35 billion annually.
Valuation and advisory assignments have been completed for various purposes such as financings, acquisitions and dispositions requirements (Due Diligence), market analytics, and numerous other advisory assignments. Gordon has also given expert testimony at various judicial bodies including the Ontario Municipal Board and the Supreme Court of Ontario.
Member in good standing in the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
