Hayley is a Consultant on the Value and Risk Advisory team at JLL where she is responsible for underwriting, property inspections, and preparing appraisal reports. Prior to joining Value and Risk Advisory, Hayley was a licensed Sales Associate on the JLL Alberta Multifamily brokerage team for over three years. During her time in brokerage, Hayley worked on a team that focused on the disposition of multifamily assets and development sites.
Hayley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta with a major in accounting. Hayley is currently enrolled in the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) program at the University of British Columbia and is working towards completing her AACI designation.
