Current Responsibilities
Henry is an Associate in the Tenant Representation Group at JLL’s Downtown Toronto office. Henry works alongside an experienced team of commercial real estate professionals and is integral in supporting and generating valuable solutions for clients. As an Associate, Henry focuses on leveraging market knowledge and JLL’s expansive technology tools to help drive the goals of the team and its clients. Henry is skilled at providing lease analysis and negotiations, financial analysis, market analysis, and market surveys.
Experience
Henry started at JLL as an intern in 2019 and joined full-time as an Associate at the start of 2020. Henry has since been immersed in multiple projects with the team with a focus on Office Leasing and specifically Tenant Representation. Henry has been involved in transactions exceeding 300,000 square feet for various occupiers in the Toronto market where he strives to consistently exceed client expectations through providing tailored real estate solutions and unparalleled service.
