Ian specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office space on behalf of a variety of energy, technology and finance clients in the Downtown office market of Calgary. Ian is responsible for growing the firm’s existing client relationships, developing new business and executing transactions throughout the market. As a previous manager of the downtown Calgary research department, Ian is also actively involved in the creation of market reports, white papers and market commentary.
