Iri is the Co-CEO of JLL Asset Beacon, an innovative real estate technology solution, and is based in New York City. He has a successful track record as a technology entrepreneur, having founded and sold multiple high-growth startups since 2007.
In 2021, Iri joined JLL after the acquisition of Skyline AI, the prop-tech startup he co-founded, which utilizes artificial intelligence to analyze and predict real estate investment opportunities. Prior to Skyline, he was the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at StreamRail, which was acquired by ironSource (NYSE:IS) / Unity Software (NYSE: U) in 2016.
Earlier, he was also the Co-Founder, CMO and President of another startup called Visionize which was acquired in 2011 by AVG Technologies (NYSE: AVG) / Avast Software. Following the acquisition by AVG, Iri built and managed AVG’s distribution business as VP of Global Sales & Partnerships, launching over 100 direct partnerships with the world's top software companies that generated over $160 million in annual revenue.
Throughout his career, Iri has been passionate about building and scaling tech products that disrupt long-established industries. He has excelled in go-to-market strategies, sales, marketing, delivery, customer success, and business development. By negotiating more than 300 partnerships and raising over $46 million for his various startups, Iri’s innovative products have gone on to reach millions of users, generating hundreds of millions of dollars each year.
