Current Responsibilities:
As Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at JLL, Jackson
Safrata leads the Private Capital Group in the downtown Toronto office. His
expertise spans income-producing properties and land sales, with a proven
track record of executing high-profile transactions throughout Ontario.
Jackson’s clientele includes a diverse mix of private investors, institutional
entities, and developers.
Experience:
With over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate,
Jackson has worked on both sides of the deal table for some of Canada’s most
prominent private and institutional investors and developers.
Prior to joining JLL, Jackson worked within the Real Estate
Investment Team of a prominent Canadian private equity and asset management
firm where he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of several prominent
assets in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.
Education and affiliations:
Jackson received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a
specialization in Finance from the University of Calgary.
