Current Responsibilities:
James specializes in commercial sales and leasing with an emphasis on GTA North and East industrial markets. James has a natural ability to sense an opportunity and add value for his clients. He also has significant experience having been directly involved in the transaction of well over 5,000,000 sf of industrial space as well as the marketing and disposition of several future redevelopment sites. He and his team (Bryan Li, Ryan McDonnell and Jenny Fang) have an excellent reputation for building lasting client relationships on a foundation of trust and results.
