Current Responsibilities
Jon Pezim is an Executive Vice President in JLL’s Toronto Tenant Representation Group where he and his business partner, Oliver Alves, focus on providing strategic real estate solutions for their local and international clients. Since joining JLL in 2017, Jon has established himself as a consistent top producer and has led some of the firm’s largest and most complex assignments.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Jon spent the first 10 years of his career at Newmark Knight Frank Devencore where he underwent an extensive real estate training program and proved to be one of the firm’s emerging leaders. Jon has a passion and desire for delivering optimal results for his clients which he achieves through his honest, strategic and conflict-free approach. Over the past 14 years, Jon has built strong relationships within the Landlord and Developer community which gives him access to privileged market information ahead of the competition and a direct line of communication to key decision makers.
