Jordan is a Senior Leasing Manager at JLL Canada, where he is responsible for retail leasing within the Ivanhoe Cambridge British Columbia portfolio, including some of the country’s best-known shopping centres such as Metropolis at Metrotown and Guildford Town Centre in Greater Vancouver.
Jordan’s commercial real estate career spans more than eight years. Prior to joining JLL in 2021, Jordan was a Vice President Investments & Leasing at Marcus & Millichap, after the company’s acquisition of Form Real Estate Advisors, a leading commercial real estate brokerage specializing in retail transactions, where Jordan began his career in 2013.
Based in Vancouver, Jordan has cultivated strong client relationships with an emphasis on landlord representation, new project leasing, market and demographic analysis and lease negotiation. Jordan also works with tenants to implement detailed retail expansion strategies and advises investors on retail asset-acquisition and sales. Jordan has transacted on behalf of some of the city’s most prominent regional and national developers and property owners, including Choice Properties, BOSA, PCI, Wesgroup, Onni and Manulife.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, where he specialized in the Real Estate program.
A strong believer in youth access to community support services and mental health advocacy, Jordan is an active supporter of Kids Help Phone and programs aimed at supporting Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Jordan is a member of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia, the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the International Council of Shopping Centres and the Gastown Business Improvement Association.
During his time outside the office, Jordan enjoys staying active outdoors, backcountry skiing, running, cycling and enjoying Vancouver’s restaurant and dining experiences.
