Director, Value and risk advisory

Julie currently serves as a Manager in the JLL Value and risk advisory in the Montréal office. Considered as an accomplished professional, Julie completed valuations for various major assets such as retail, industrial and office assets, as well as multi-residential properties and vacant lots.

With her knowledge of the market and her expertise, Julie participated in several appraisal assignments, including reviewing municipal assessments, expropriation and litigation cases.

Julie has over 12 years of real estate experience and has accomplished numerous valuation mandates and development analysis for major assets in Québec and Ontario. She also has an expertise in the valuation of specific assets such as hotel and ski resorts. She worked on disguised expropriation and rental litigation cases.

Prior to joining JLL, Julie worked in the Taxation and Litigation division of Groupe Altus as a Senior Consultant, at the Société Québécoise des Infrastructures in office space management and at Cominar REIT as Valuation Manager.

She participates in annual conferences and seminars organized by, among others, the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec, the Institut de développement urbain du Québec and real estate forums. She sits on a committee of her professional order.

Julie earned a Bachelor in Business Administration and in Education from Université du Québec à Montréal. She was awarded her C. App. designation in 2009.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, writing on her food blog and running at the Lachine Canal.
