He specializes in industrial sales and leasing and has represented a wide range of national and regional Tenants, Purchasers, Landlords and Vendors to help them achieve their short-term and long-term real estate goals. Kent’s attention to detail, tireless work ethic, and client focused approach ensures a strong and well-informed outcome for his clients. He has a constant thirst for knowledge that allows him to stay on top of current industrial trends and market news.
Drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks, Kent spent five successful seasons playing professional hockey around North America before returning to his hometown of Edmonton. Through his years of hockey, the characteristics of hard work, dedication to his craft, and contributing to a team environment have become deeply ingrained in him. After his hockey career he spent a few years working in oilfield sales eventually becoming an outside sales manager. He naturally gravitated to real estate through peer and family influence and has not looked back since.
Kent sits on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee and is actively involved with the Edmonton Construction Associate. In his free time, he can be found working out, bird hunting, fishing, skiing, traveling, and exploring the local food & beverage scene.
