Current Responsibilities
Kevin Douglas is a Senior Vice President of the Capital Markets and Investment Sales team in Vancouver. He provides both advisory and transactional services for clients across all commercial asset classes, as well as residential development sites. Mr. Douglas has significant experience in income producing property sales, as well as land and development transactions.

Mr. Douglas has a strong track record in the BC market place, having been an integral part of over $1.2 billion of transaction volume. He has significant experience and extensive knowledge across all facets of real estate, with a focus on income producing investments and, development transactions for private, public and institutional investment clients and developers.
