Laurence is a Leasing Director at JLL Canada, where she is responsible for retail leasing within the Ivanhoe Cambridge Quebec portfolio, including some of the country’s best-known shopping centres such as Place Ste-Foy and Laurier Québec in Quebec City.
Laurence’s commercial real estate & construction career spans more than 10 years.
Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Laurence was a Leasing Director at Oxford Properties, with a focus on Food, Beverage & Entertainment, as well as the Urban retail portfolio in downtown Montreal.
Prior to such, she has worked for International retailers such as The ALDO Group and Starbucks Coffee Canada, in both construction management & real estate development.
Based in Montreal, Laurence has cultivated strong client relationships with an emphasis on landlord representation, new project leasing, cost control, and lease negotiation.
During her time outside the office, Laurence enjoys staying active outdoors, cross-country skiing, cycling, cooking and enjoying family time in the Eastern Townships.
