Current Responsibilities
Mackenzie York joined the JLL Edmonton Office Leasing & Sales team in 2020. He provides market intelligence regarding the office market directly to clients in both agency leasing and tenant representation.
Experiences
Prior to joining JLL, Mackenzie’s previous experience as a Research Manager at another global commercial real estate brokerage has created a valuable knowledge foundation in all asset classes. This, in combination with developing his family’s automotive business for more than a decade, has allowed him to gain business and interpersonal skills while developing an understanding of business continuity and understanding the importance of quality team work.
Mackenzie brings with him a focused and determined outlook as he provides a professional level of real estate based advisory to clients.
Education and Affiliations
Mackenzie earned a Bachelor of Management degree from Concordia University of Edmonton, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Utah State University. Through both education paths, he was able to compete on the respected Men’s hockey teams while crafting leadership and time management skills.
