Marie-Laure Leclercq de Sousa is the CEO of JLL France and Cluster Leader for Belgium, Luxembourg, and Southern Europe. In this role, she oversees JLL’s strategic direction, operations, and business growth across these key European markets.

Marie-Laure is responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams across leasing, investment, advisory and property management, ensuring clients receive innovative, data-driven real estate solutions tailored to evolving market needs.

Before assuming her current position in 2024, Marie-Laure served as Head of Office Agency Leasing for the EMEA region, a role she took on in 2022. In this capacity, she led leasing strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, driving best practices and enhancing operational efficiencies across multiple markets.

From 2020, she was Director of France Leasing Advisory, overseeing a department that successfully executed over 3,000 transactions annually across all asset classes and supported more than 1,800 companies in their leasing strategies.

Marie-Laure’s journey with JLL began in 1999 as an intern, and she quickly progressed through the ranks. She took on leadership of the Paris Left Bank and South Île-de-France Agency Leasing team, followed by a role developing JLL’s digital capabilities in agency leasing. In 2014, she was appointed Head of French Agency Leasing, joining JLL France’s Executive Committee, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening JLL’s market presence.

Since 2012, Marie-Laure has been actively involved in the Group's digitalization efforts, spearheading the implementation of the OLM website and pioneering the adoption of new technologies and innovations such as the NXT solution.

Beyond her leadership at JLL, Marie-Laure is actively engaged in industry advocacy. She serves as President of the French professional real estate association FNAIM Enterprises, contributing to the advancement of the real estate sector in France.

She holds degrees in Law (ICH) and English from Paris XI University.
