Mateusz Bonca leads all responsibilities as CEO for Poland, including core real estate consulting services and the business services hub in Warsaw. Since joining as CEO in 2020, Mateusz has brought growth and digital transformation expertise to JLL to develop long-term client solutions for the evolving real estate landscape.
Mateusz brings a wide range of experiences from a variety of industries to JLL. His previous roles include President of the Management Board for Grupa LOTOS S.A., the second largest oil and gas company in Poland, as well as Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt and Peppers and Rogers Group Middle East in Dubai.
His extensive consulting and advisory experience were initially gained through his career at McKinsey & Company and Deloitte. Mateusz is well-versed in transformation programs for large international corporations, having led several across Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, UK, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, South Africa and Turkey.
He is also a member of the Strategic Management Society, a global network of leadership experts supporting the development and dissemination of strategic management insights across the globe.
Mateusz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and studied at the Al Akhawayn University in Morocco. In 2009, he obtained a PhD in economics.
