Matthew Marshall is a Senior Sales Associate on the Agency Retail Group in Toronto at JLL. With over 4 years of experience in real estate, Matthew has been instrumental in representing landlords and developers nationally, with a primary focus on urban downtown Toronto.
Since joining JLL as an Associate in 2020, Matthew has consistently made a positive impact on the Agency Retail Group.
As a member of JLL's Agency Retail Group, Matthew is part of Canada's only full-service team of urban retail professionals. This dedicated team exclusively caters to the needs of developers, institutional landlords, REITs, and private high-net worth property owners. Matthew's expertise lies in retail leasing and sales, as well as establishing strong relationships with retailers. His skills contribute to creating a dominant platform for value creation in the urban retail asset class.
Matthew pursued Business Communications at Brock University, where he also served as the Men's Basketball Team's lead captain. After graduating, he had a successful career playing professional basketball overseas for approximately 5 years before deciding to transition into commercial real estate.
When he is not working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing basketball, and traveling to immerse himself in different cultures.
