Matthew works exclusively for tenants specializing in lease negotiations and portfolio management. Matt is skilled at applying JLL’s proprietary technology into the leasing process, enabling tenants to make more informed and accurate real estate decisions. Matt is known among clients for his creative strategy, detailed understanding of the commercial market, and comprehensive portfolio solutions.
Experience
After working two years in Property Management, Matt transitioned his career into brokerage to specialize in Commercial Tenant Representation. Matt has completed over 2M square feet of lease transactions across Canada, and actively manages over 1.3M square feet of real estate for National Tenants. With over 7 years of experience, Matt has supported many corporate users with unique challenges including office expansions, lease renegotiations, hybrid work models, coworking contracts, portfolio consolidations, sublets, and design-build developments.
