Director

As Director with the Value and Risk Advisory team in Montréal, Michel’s main focus is the valuation of industrial assets and land for various purposes. He has also developed in-depth expertise in market studies for multiresidential projects. Currently serving as Director with the Montréal Value and Risk Advisory team, Michel has extensive experience in real estate appraisal mandates for several asset classes, including industrial buildings, office buildings, shopping centres, vacant land, as well as seniors housing and multiresidential properties.

Michel has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in the private, public and parapublic sectors, including public companies, not-for-profit organizations and cooperatives, and has carried out various mandates for well-known assets in the province of Québec. He is also consulted on specific real estate consulting and litigation mandates.

Over the years, Michel confirmed his expertise in real estate valuations of all kinds.

Prior to joining JLL, Michel worked as a Consultant in the Valuation and Appraisal Division at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton and at Groupe VMMP, as a Consultant and Analyst.
