Current Responsibilities
Richard Haig is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Toronto Office Leasing division specializing in tenant representation and corporate realty advisement. In addition, as a LEED Accredited Professional, Richard consults with clients on the merits of LEED buildings and LEED Commercial Interiors and understands the importance of sustainability as it relates to commercial real estate. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Richard is an extremely deft negotiator with strong analytical skills who can easily manage transactions with a number of complex issues at once.
Experience
Richard has been a Senior Vice President with JLL since 2010. Prior to joining JLL, he was one of the top tenant office leasing representatives at Cushman & Wakefield for 20 years. Before entering commercial real estate, Richard served as National Account Representative with Xerox, in both Montreal and Los Angeles, and was also the Assistant Manager of a Toronto Dominion Bank branch in Montreal.
