Robbie is Vice President, Pacific Region at JLL. His team is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction activities to ensure that the owner's objectives are met. The owner's representative acts as a liaison between the owner and the various stakeholders involved in the project, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. They provide expertise in project management, contract administration, quality control, and cost control to safeguard the owner's interests. By managing the project on behalf of the owner, an owner's representative helps mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate effective communication and decision-making, ultimately leading to the successful completion of the construction project.
Robbie is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of invaluable experience in the field of construction project management and real estate development. Throughout his career, Robbie has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to his craft, spearheading numerous successful projects for renowned organizations.
Robbie’s journey began in 1997 when he joined McDonald's as a Construction Project Manager, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his exceptional career. For almost seven years, he played a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to strict timelines. Eager to take on new challenges, Robbie transitioned to Best Buy in 2003, where he assumed the position of Director of Construction. During his decade-long tenure, he showcased exceptional leadership and strategic prowess, guiding the company through various expansion ventures.
In 2013, Robbie’s impressive track record caught the attention of Apple, where he embarked on a remarkable journey as their AMR GEO Lead for Real Estate and Development. His contributions were invaluable in shaping Apple's global presence, as he spearheaded numerous high-profile projects worldwide. Recognizing his exceptional capabilities, Robbie was promoted to the role of Global Lead for Real Estate and Development, where he continued to drive innovation and excellence for five years.
