Ryan is an Associate Vice President in the JLL Calgary office, where he is responsible for the marketing and sale of mid-market investment properties and development sites in the greater Calgary region.
Ryan’s career in commercial real estate spans more than thirteen years. Prior to joining JLL in 2016, Ryan spent over nine years working at another international brokerage in the valuation division. Ryan served a wide variety of clients, ranging from private equity and institutional investors, to government bodies.
Based in Calgary, Ryan specializes in the marketing and sale of investment properties and representing buyers in their acquisitions. He possesses a unique skill set that combines sound technical underwriting skills with proven sales ability, enabling clients to capture maximum value. Ryan is known for his straightforward and honest approach to business, ensuring a mutually beneficial deal for all stakeholders. In the past two years, Ryan has transacted more than $100M worth of real estate.
Ryan earned a BA from the University of Calgary and went on to complete his Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) education from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business. Ryan is a professional member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his young family, chasing powder days on the slopes in winter and spending time swimming and fishing at the lake in the summer.
