For more than fifteen years, Sean has provided a range of consulting and valuation services for both private and public sector clients, with a focus on large scale, income-producing investment assets and real estate portfolios.
He leads the Multi-Residential rental valuation practice and consulting team, overseeing the delivery of valuation and advisory services for a wide range of assignments and purposes including: ‘as built’, HST self-supply, quarterly/annual book valuations, estate planning and many more.
He has continued to help develop and maintain an extensive multi-unit residential database and practice. He has completed a number feasibility and value related consulting assignments for Minto Developments, Killam, RioCan, Timbercreek, Colonnade Bridgeport, The Regional Group of Companies, Bayview Hospitality Inc., Homestead Land Holdings, Woodbourne Capital, Nautical Lands Group, Jadco, Brigil, Kingsett Capital, City of Ottawa, CHASEO and Ottawa Community Housing.
Prior to joining JLL, Sean spent over 9 years at a global commercial real estate service firm, most recently as a Director and General Manager. In his last role, he was responsible for the valuation of high-profile investments across the Ottawa Region for many of the larger pension funds and REITS, as well as institutional and other industry leaders.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Dalhouse University. He is a designated AACI member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
