Susan has almost 30 years of experience as an Interior Designer and Consulting Leader on multi-faceted, complex projects in North America and internationally. She most recently served as Principal, Director of Consulting at HOK, a world renowned, global architecture and design firm. Susan is a strong, inspiring leader, facilitator, and strategist. Her portfolio of diverse projects includes corporate offices, post-secondary, institutional, retail, hospitality, and healthcare. She also has deep experience in facilitating change engagement and has successfully assisted client's in navigating through their complex operational and organizational change. At JLL, Susan has national responsibility for Workplace Consulting, covering four distinct service offerings: Real Estate (Campus) Optiization, Workplace Strategy, Functional Programming, and Change Engagement.
