Susheel Koul is responsible for the strategy, execution and management of APAC’s Work Dynamics business which helps clients achieve their real estate goals through integrated service offerings, products and technology.
JLL Work Dynamics provide innovative, tech-enabled solutions with comprehensive global, regional and local expertise which enhances sustainability, fosters connectivity and optimizes every facet of employee experience and well-being.
Based in Singapore, Susheel drives business operations, client engagement and delivery of overall P&L in Asia Pacific. His interest lies in partnering with clients on the next generation of outsourcing solutions including experience-driven, hybrid solutions, digitally enabled workplaces, neurotech and a range of disruptive practices currently in play.
As a passionate advocate of developing talent in the region, Susheel sponsors and mentors many talented and diverse groups of leaders in and outside of JLL. He is also a speaker at forums and has been a representative at WEF in Davos for several years.
Susheel has a Master of Business Administration (Marketing & Finance) and a B Tech (civil engineering) qualification.
