Sylvie serves as a Director in the Montréal office of the JLL Value and Risk Advisory. Renowned professional, she has worked on real estate valuation for various assets, including shopping centres, small commercial buildings, light industrial buildings, senior residences and vacant lots. Sylvie participated in the creation of financial models (ARGUS) for property acquisitions or disposals.
With more than 22 years of experience in real estate, Sylvie has strong organizational skills in planning assignments and managing deadlines. She is particularly valued for her ability to improve and set up the required information and tools to undertake assignments. She has worked on due diligence processes, analysis and market studies for various and important asset types.
Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Bourque worked at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Groupe Altus, First Capital Realty, Ivanhoé Cambridge, a subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. She served as Manager, Senior Appraiser and Analyst (Development and Acquisition).
Sylvie holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal and a Diploma in Real Estate Valuation and Appraisal from Cégep de Drummondville. She was awarded her C. App. designation in 1997.
In her spare time, Sylvie enjoys spending time with her family and friends while sharing her recent cooking recipes! She also enjoys winter activities as alpine and cross-country skiing and long walks in the forest.
