With over 17 years of national sales experience, Todd possesses a comprehensive understanding of the industry, particularly in the supply chain and logistics sector. He has an elevated knowledge of inventory and is well-versed in identifying off-market opportunities. As a member of the JLL’s dynamic Industrial team, Todd specializes in representing tenants and occupants within the manufacturing, logistics, and distribution sectors. With a strong focus on building sustainability and logistics impact on distribution centers, he brings extensive knowledge to his clients' industrial needs.
One of his key strengths is his deep understanding of local market dynamics, allowing him to offer valuable insights into both on-market and off-market product options for distribution needs. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented prestigious global and national clients, where his experience spans a wide range of transactions, including lease and sale acquisitions, dispositions, design-build developments, and strategic occupancy planning. His success is attributed not only to his expertise in commercial real estate, but also to his outstanding skills in new business development and maintaining strong client partnerships. Prior to joining JLL, Todd served as a Sales Representative at a leading national brokerage firm. In addition to his professional achievements, Todd is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario, the Ontario Real Estate Association, and the Toronto Real Estate Board.
