Trish leads JLL’s Solution Development efforts in Canada, delivering innovative, tailored solutions to JLL’s Canadian clientprospects. Trish has experience across the full real estate lifecycle, from both a service provider and occupier perspective, and holds expert knowledge in service delivery excellence, governance and enabling organizational transformation. In addition, Trish has a personal passion for the Future of Work and advancing client sustainability objectives.

For the last eight years at JLL, Trish has elevated JLL’s Corporate Solutions capabilities in Canada through leadership roles with JLL’s major accountsand bringing JLL’s thought leadership into client discussions.

Prior to joining JLL, Trish held senior corporate real estate leadership roles at Scotiabank and TELUS Communications addressing client’s workplace, portfolio, and financial performance needs and improving brand value in dynamic and changing business environments. A results-driven professional, Trish championed and led teams through complex deliverables including CRE Transformation, Portfolio Optimization and Operational Effectiveness.

Trish holds a Bachelor of Architecture from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Toronto.Trish is a licensed architect with the Ontario Association of Architects, is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds CoreNet’s MCR designation.Trish’s professional development is extensive as a leader and innovator. Media trained, Trish speaks on topics of real estate optimization, sustainability, alternative working and Future of Work, in addition to participating on a number of Canadian and local Boards throughout her career. Trish is a life-long learner and feels strongly at giving back to the communities in which she works and lives.
