Tyler Randa is an Associate with JLL’s Capital Markets group in Toronto, responsible for underwriting, conducting due diligence and preparing marketing materials, with a focus on residential development sales across the GTA.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Tyler previously worked as an analyst for Ernst & Young (EY) on its Transaction Real Estate team. The role required him to work on various investment sales, mergers & acquisitions, valuations and restructuring mandates across different asset classes. He also has work experience in asset management, acquisitions, and leasing roles at various prominent real estate firms.
Currently, Tyler works closely with Bryce Gibson, Executive Vice President, with a focus on residential development land sales.
Education and Affiliations
- Tyler received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Real Estate, from the University of Guelph. He also received his Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia. Tyler is an active member of NAIOP and is currently on a committee to organize the annual NAIOP Development Challenge.
