Current responsibilities

Vienna Loo is Vice President within JLL’s Capital Markets Group, where she oversees the underwriting, due diligence, and transaction management for investment sales of income-producing assets. With a primary focus on office and industrial assets within the Greater Toronto Area, Vienna has played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile transactions, including Dynamic Funds Tower, Atria Complex, Allstate Corporate Centre, and the DSV Distribution Centre. She brings extensive experience working with major institutional clients such as Oxford Properties, CPPIB, AIMCo, HOOPP, Brookfield, QuadReal, and KingSett Capital, among others.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Vienna began her career at Bentall Kennedy as a Property Accountant where she was responsible for the preparation of financial statements, property budgets and financial analysis for large industrial, office, and retail assets including the Standard Life Center, Sun Life Financial Tower, Eglinton Square and Bayview Village. Subsequent to this role, Vienna transitioned into a Valuations Analyst position at Bentall Kennedy within their internal Valuations Group, where she performed quarterly internal valuations and reviewed external appraisals for a variety of industrial, multi-residential, land, and development properties located in Ontario and Quebec.

Education and affiliations

Vienna received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Toronto. She also received her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) designation and has completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Valuations (PGCV) from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Vienna continues to pursue an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation (AACI) from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
