I am honored to act as one of the inaugural chair for the Canadian Black professionals Network. As a black woman, I strongly believe in leaning by example and that tomorrow's leaders will need to passionate, creative and courageous in drawing on diversity of ideas, backgrounds and belief to impact others around them . BPN members benefit from improved alignment, increased employee engagement and greater innovation and creativity; the result is magic critically important. In a reputable company such as JLL, I find it rewarding to act as a voice for positive change.
