Intelerad relocates into new downtown headquarters

MONTREAL, May 31, 2019 – JLL Canada is pleased to announce that its Montreal Tenant Representation Group has advised healthcare technology firm Intelerad Medical Systems Incorporated in the relocation of its Montreal offices into one central location to bolster collaboration within the firm and offer its employees a more modern and collaborative work environment.

Intelerad, a Montreal technology success story, which currently employs approximately 400 employees, previously operating in two separate locations in downtown Montreal and Saint Laurent, has recently moved into a consolidated office space at Place Dupuis in Montreal’s downtown east submarket. The new office is located on the 12th, 14th, 15th and 16th floors of 800 Boulevard de Maisonneuve East offering spectacular 360° views of Montreal, significant amenities for the staff and convenient access to public transit. The location was identified by JLL’s Tenant Representation Group led by Bernard Lawrence and Andrew Bissett, whose team also negotiated a very favorable offer to lease and lease terms on behalf of Intelerad. After JLL performed in-depth employee demographics and real estate market analysis, the Intelerad real estate committee shortlisted six buildings to eventually select and secure the new space at Place Dupuis as its optimal location.
