JLL grows Tenant Representation expertise in Montreal

MONTREAL, September 3, 2019 – As part of JLL Canada’s continued growth, the firm today announced the addition of Michael Belina as Senior Vice President to the Tenant Representation Group in Montreal.

Belina joins JLL from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Vice President of Leasing & Investments. With over 12 years of experience, he is well-respected in the commercial real estate industry and has a proven track record of success with over than 250 lease negotiations yielding a transactional value of over half a billion dollars among private companies, government associations, pharmaceutical and accounting firms. 

An advocate for social awareness and sustainable real estate, Belina encourages eco-energy developments and has obtained the LEED® Green Accreditation.
