Paul manages operations for JLL’s Corporate Solutions business in the Americas, which offers strategy, services, products and technology across the entire real estate life cycle to corporates and public institutions globally.

He joined JLL in 2016, after 18 years at Johnson Controls, where he held increasingly senior roles, eventually becoming the CEO of Global Workplace Solutions for the Americas.

When the GWS business merged with CBRE in 2015, Paul played a significant leadership role in the establishment of the merged global facilities management organization. Most recently, he was Global President of CBRE’s Enterprise Facility Management business.

Though a native of the United Kingdom, Paul has lived in the United States for 9 years and is currently based out of Wisconsin.

Paul has extensive experience in the corporate real estate industry, but did not initially intend to enter the business world. In the UK, he earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Salford and a doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of Manchester. But he found a way to apply his science background to the business world when he took a job at Thames Water, initially looking at risk management across the business.

A strong believer in education, Paul is a board member of Junior Achievement of Chicago. He has also been a long-time supporter of the Red Cross.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys the outdoors. He is a water sports enthusiast and avid skier who sits on the board of his son’s ski race team. He is also an assistant scout master for a local Boy Scouts troop.
