John Moran is CEO of JLL in Ireland and an Executive Director. John also heads the investment team.
Since joining JLL in 1986, he has become one of Ireland’s leading specialists in property investment with extensive experience of acquisitions and disposals for and on behalf of pension funds, property companies, life assurance companies and private investors.
John has been involved in many of the country’s largest and most complex transactions including the sale of Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and the acquisition of Project Jewel including Dundrum Town Centre for $1.9bn. During his career, he has executed over $10bn of transactions.
He holds a BSc in surveying from Trinity College Dublin and a diploma in environmental economics from Dublin Institute of Technology. John is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
